Yoga Classes

Stacey is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. She completed her training at Soul Fire Yoga in South Bend, where she now teaches weekly classes. Yoga grounds her, offering calm within the chaos of everyday life, and her mission is to share that same sense of peace and connection with others.

Her classes focus on accessibility, compassionate guidance, and honoring the body you bring to the mat. She’s passionate about supporting athletes, caregivers, and anyone seeking space to reset. Stacey also works to break common yoga stigmas: you don’t need to be flexible, this isn’t just for women, and it’s far more than stretching.

Outside the studio, Stacey lives in Bremen and is a proud mom of two boys. She works full time as a project manager and enjoys running. She volunteers throughout Bremen Public Schools leading yoga sessions for student athletes and staff, and she serves Girls on the Run Michiana as a board member and coach.

Whether she’s leading yoga, running, or supporting her community, Stacey is dedicated to helping others feel seen, valued, and celebrated for exactly who they are. She looks forward to welcoming you to class soon.

    Build gentle heat by linking breath with movement to increase focus, strength, balance, and mobility.

    Build strength, endurance, and mental focus through intentional breathwork and dynamic movement.
