Private Art Studios
Bremen Arts Collective has six private art studios available to rent. As a resident artist, you will be able to customize your studio however you like! You can paint your walls, swap out lighting fixtures, and bring in whatever equipment, supplies, and storage to best meet your needs. Get messy! Our concrete floors can take it.
You will have the key to your space, and will have access to it anytime between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., every day of the year. You can use the space to create art, meet with clients, teach private classes, and more. Choose from a six-month or 12-month lease.

Studio 1: Occupied
At 273 square feet, Studio 1 is our largest private art studio, featuring double doors, ventilation, and a south-facing bay window.
Studio 2: Occupied
Stuido 2, our second-largest studio at 260 square feet, is flooded with light and features double doors, ventilation, and close proximity to the artists’ entrance.
Studio 3: Occupied
If you like natural light and a prime spot just inside the front door, you’ll like our 159 square-foot studio.
Studio 4: Occupied
Nestled in a cozy 159 square feet, this is our most affordable studio.
Studio 5: Occupied
Peaceful and serene, this 163 square-foot corner studio provides plenty of light from two windows.
Studio 6: Occupied
A feast for the eyes and senses, Studio 6 is 146 square feet and features a sweeping view of our quiet rural property.
